Parents Can Now Pay ALL Their Fees Online
Using their SchoolLogic accounts parents now have the convenience
to pay for student fees on the School's website. Transactions are immediately
updated within your SchoolLogic™ system.
What is the purpose of the integration?Our goal is to provide parents with the ability to pay their SchoolLogic fees easily and securely online. With this goal in mind we connected our Content Management System (CMS) to the SchoolLogic system so parents can login, select their fees, and pay them online.
What fees can parents/guardians pay online?All outstanding SchoolLogic fees will be brought into our system and be available for payment. If a parent pays a fee in school and the ShcoolLogic database is updated the parents available fees will be updated the next time that the parent/guardian logs in.
What payment processors are available?ShoutCMS offers access to payment processors such as Moneris, PayPal, SkipJack, and PSIGate and more.
What happens after parents/guardians pay?Once a payment is complete the payee receives an email receipt, ShoutCMS sends a copy to the sites administration for confirmation and records the payment in SchoolLogic as well.

How do parents/guardians login?Any parent with a SchoolLogic username and password can simply visit the school's website and login! Their account information will then be pulled in from the Home Logic database and their fees will be payable.
Alternatively once a parent/guardian has logged into SchoolLogic they can click a link to be redirected to the school's website which will automatically bring in their outstanding fees.
What other products can I sell?ShoutCMS can be used to sell anything like physical products, lunch program fees, tickets, transportation fees and much more.
What shipping options are available?If you plan to sell physical items alongside school fees ShoutCMS comes with all the options for shipping your orders like Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, and Purolator.
What reports can be generated?ShoutCMS offers a highly configurable reporting system so you can search for whatever you like |
