How to Add and Modify a New Contact Group
In this article you will learn how to:
- Create a new contact group in your database
- Modify already existing groups in your database
Action Steps to Add a new Group
- Click [Contacts] icon on the top right
- Select [add group]
- Create Group Details
- Enter the group name
- Enter Description of Group (optional)
- Select the Security (Optional) For the Member Search Page, you may restrict the search of this group/identifier to only the groups and identifiers that you select here.
- Enter the Group Manager (Optional) The People that are able to manage this group.
- Click save
Action Steps to modify a new Group
- Click [Contacts] icon on the top right
- Find the group name that you want to modify (don’t select the group name)
- Click modify (at the end of the row)
- Make any changes you would like.
- Select save.
