How do I email login information to a new contact?
Contacts may be created during an online purchase, form submission, or by your staff. When staff create a contact, they can save time by emailing the person their new login credentials. Staff can also reset and re-send login credentials as required if the user forgets their login credentials. Contacts can alternatively use the automated password reset feature if they have forgotten their username and/or password.
Access to secured parts of your website can only be assigned by a site administrator.
Action Steps:
- Start by clicking the Contact Icon from the Dashboard.
- Search for the user.
- Click their name in the list.
- Click Edit
- Scroll down and click [Change] next to Password
- select send forgot password email (make sure their email address is set in their profile)
- Click [Save and goto profile]
