How do I delete a contact or identifier Group?

Contact and Identifier groups  can be deleted without affecting the Contacts that are members of the group. Removal of the group may result in unassigned contacts (they are not members of any groups); these contacts can be accessed directly through  name search, or by accessing the Orphan Group.

 
Note: Deleting a Contact or Identifier Group is permanent.

 

Action Steps:

1. From the List of Contact Groups (Click on the Contact Icon).
   
2. Select the check box by the Group(s) you wish to delete.
   
3. Located at the bottom of the Group list select the blue drop down arrow and click Delete.
   
4. Click Okay.
