How do I create a recurring invoice?
General Description:
When you want to create a recurring invoice for your customer you can do so easily.
Action Steps:
- Start by clicking on the Store Icon from the dashboard.
- Click on the Recurring Invoices tab.
- Click on the orange Add Invoice button
- Next to Type Choose Recurring Package
- Click Edit User and select the user for the order.
- Choose the billing cycle (when to bill - Every month/Quarterly etc. and for the duration, day(s)/ week(s)/ Year(s)
- Under Item enter the item description or click Browse, you can add any item in your inventory either by scrolling or using a quick search, click Okay.
- Expand the Additional Description if required and enter any information you need to.
- Click Save and Stay or Stay and Return.
